Founding Principal Dr. Mark Lusnar is a consultant and educator with more than 25 years of management development experience. His leadership training and executive coaching builds skills in communication, emotional intelligence, motivation, presentation, negotiation, influence, conflict resolution, team-building, change management, decision-making, and collaboration.

Mark is also Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior, Strategic Leadership, and Team Dynamics at Dominican University of California and the University of San Francisco. He has taught additional graduate business courses in the MBA programs at Loyola University Chicago and Northern Illinois University.

Mark earned his doctorate in Psychology at Loyola University of Chicago, his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and his Bachelor’s degree in Business at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
